Our honorees are extraordinary people because they fell in love with the adventure and romance of whitewater rivers. They challenged themselves to achieve their best as athletes and citizens, as adventurers and inventors. They are our inspiration and we hope their stories will inspire you too.
The Hall of Fame was founded in 2003 by Adventure Sports Center International (ASCI), Inc., of Garrett County Maryland. ASCI is home of the first mountaintop artificial whitewater course in the world. IWHOF is now partnered with the Paddlesports Industry Foundation.
